ASU’s recruiting policies
We require employers, which are using our systems or physical locations to recruit ASU students and alumni, to abide by these recruiting policies.
Please note a recent update to our Offer and Withdrawal Guidelines: If you would like to make a full-time offer to a former summer intern, we request you allow the student until October 30 or 3 weeks after the offer letter date, whichever is longer to accept/decline the offer. For full-time and internship offers in fall, we ask employers to provide students until November 15 or 3 weeks after the offer letter date, whichever is longer to accept/decline the offer. In spring, for both internship and full-time offers, we ask employers provide students until March 31 or 3 weeks after the offer letter date, whichever is longer to accept/decline the offer.
