ASU’s recruiting policies
We require employers, which are using our systems or physical locations to recruit ASU students and alumni, to abide by these recruiting policies:
Please note a recent update to our offer and withdrawal guidelines: If you would like to make a full-time offer to a former summer intern, we request you allow the student until Oct. 30, or three weeks after the offer letter date, whichever is longer, to accept or decline the offer. For full-time and internship offers in the fall, we ask employers to provide students until Nov. 15, or 3 weeks after the offer letter date, whichever is longer, to accept or decline the offer. In spring, for both internship and full-time offers, we ask employers provide students until March 31, or 3 weeks after the offer letter date, whichever is longer, to accept or decline the offer.
